Ordering
To order please click on desired item to access shopping cart button. If you prefer to fax your order you may complete an ORDER FORM and fax it to [outside US +"1"] 760-479-0901 and you will be contacted via email with the total amount, including shipping and any tax, which will be charged to your credit card. Orders shipped to California addresses will be charged 8.25% sales tax.

Custom Colors
We love to match colors for your special event! You may have taken six months to pick the perfect Tiffany blue for your Bridesmaids so we get it: If you really want to obsess on colors please check out this Pantone Color Swatch File. Keep in mind that web site and printer colors vary so if you want a perfect match you can always mail us a swatch.

Processing Orders
Parasol orders are usually shipped out within 3 business days Monday through Friday. Please see turn-around-time for each parasol style for lead time before shipping. Some Decorated Models, Custom or very large orders may require up to 2 weeks processing time before shipping. Additional RUSH charges may apply for handling and for shipping should you need your order filled in less time. We will contact you via email to confirm the status of your order.

RUSH ORDERS
Please be sure to allow enough time to receive your order for your event. Rush charges may apply if you need a Decorated Parasol order processed in less than 2 weeks.

Refund Policy
Due to the nature of special events, parasols and fans are not returnable or refundable. Defective product is at the discretion of Pamela's Parasols and will be exchanged only. Any claims for a defective product must be made within 7 days of delivery. All returns must have a return authorization number or they will be refused. Please contact us with any issues.

Custom Orders
Custom orders are on a per-case basis and we are always happy to hunt for the perfect detail to make your parasol the perfect accoutrement for your style. Custom-painted designs start at $100 for artwork - this does not include the painted parasol base which runs $38 - 48 depending on base color. Please contact us.

International Orders

International orders may be processed through cart or faxed, simply:

Shipping options to outside of the US are determined by area but are usually shipped United States Postal Service as this is the cheapest, most efficient method, easily tracked and insured.

Our web shopping cart is not able to compute International shipping fees accurately. If you place your International order through the web cart, a separate email will be sent to you with your shipping charge. All customs fees, duties and taxes must be paid by customer at delivery. Customer is responsible for all charges regardless of whether they retrieve items from customs and agrees to have charges added to credit card should items be abandoned.

All International orders will have a $20 handling fee added to shipping.

CANADA - MINIMUM ORDER $68
The US Post Office has shipping options that are very inexpensive. Most orders to Canada are approximately $25 - 40 in shipping and take 7 - 10 days en-route for Priority shipping. Express shipping is available for approximately double and takes 3 days depending on destination.

You may estimate shipping charges at FedEx.com [our zip code is 92009 - Parasol boxes are approximately 26" x 8" x 8" for up to 4 decorator parasols and they weigh approximately 1/2-pound per parasol] or by contacting us with a general idea of the quantity and styles of parasols you are interested in and your complete shipping address.

Gift Certificates
Boxed Gift Certificates are available in $20 increments. Minimum purchase $20.

Shipping Policy
The shopping cart will calculate and offer you various shipping time, options and costs for you to select from when you place your order. If the cart does not calculate the correct shipping amount, the difference will be added to your credit card.

Shipping is US Postal Service Parcel Post unless otherwise specified by customer. All parasols shipments are automatically insured to their full retail value. Pamela's Parasols is not responsible for lost packages or USPS errors in shipping. International orders are usually shipped USPS. See "International Orders" section above for complete information.

Damaged Shipments
Should you receive a product damaged during shipping, you must retain the original shipping container to process the claim with shipping company to receive credit!
